How soon will my order arrive?

Normally, orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the next working day. Once in transit, customers should expect to receive their parcel within 3-5 working days.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final, so we are unable to offer returns. However, if your brush arrives damaged, we will grant a full refund and cover the cost of return.

How do I maintain my OSHUN Wave Brush?

How do I wash my OSHUN Wave Brush?

Washing

Before washing, use a comb to remove hair and any debris from your brush.

When washing your brush, aim to soak only the bristles with cold water — try to avoid water from coming into contact with the base of the brush. Once the bristles are saturated with water, apply a dime-sized amount of shampoo to the bristles. With your hands, begin to work the shampoo into the bristles until a lather forms (you may need to shampoo and rinse more than once to achieve this). Rinse the bristles until no lather remains.

Drying

After you have washed your OSHUN Wave Brush, pat dry then lay it (bristles down) on a dry towel to allow any water from the base to trickle down. After 30 minutes, use a hairdryer on the cool setting around the bristles until they feel dry to the touch. We recommend that you leave the brush face down on a towel for 24 hours to allow the brush to dry fully.

Drying your brush thoroughly is critical; failure to do so can cause permanent damage.
